- ✔️ Legal Jurisdiction – Our platform is available only in states where fantasy sports are legal in India. Users from Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Nagaland, and Sikkim are not permitted to participate in paid contests.
- ✔️ One Account Per User – Users are allowed to create only one account on Insta Fantasy.
2. Account Registration & Verification
- 🔹 Users must provide accurate details, including name, phone number, and PAN/Aadhaar details, for KYC verification.
- 🔹 Insta Fantasy reserves the right to verify, suspend, or terminate accounts if fraudulent or misleading information is detected.
- 🔹 Your personal information is protected as per our Privacy Policy.
3. Game of Skill – Fantasy Cricket
- 📌 Insta Fantasy offers fantasy cricket contests, which are classified as games of skill under Indian law. Success depends on knowledge, research, and strategy, rather than luck.
- 📌 Insta Fantasy does not guarantee winnings. Your participation in contests is at your own risk.
- 📌 By playing, you acknowledge that you understand fantasy sports rules and scoring systems before entering contests.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
- 💰 Deposits: Users can add funds to their Insta Fantasy wallet using UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and other accepted payment methods.
- 💰 Withdrawals: Winnings can be withdrawn only after completing KYC verification.
- 💰 Processing Time: Withdrawals typically take 24-72 hours to process.
- 💰 Fraud Prevention: Insta Fantasy reserves the right to withhold funds if suspicious activity is detected.
5. Fair Play & Responsible Gaming
- 🚫 No Multiple Accounts – Users creating multiple accounts will face permanent suspension.
- 🚫 No Use of Bots or Third-Party Tools – Only manual participation is allowed.
- 🚫 No Collusion or Unfair Practices – Any attempt to manipulate results will lead to account suspension and legal action.
- ⚠️ Self-Exclusion Available – Users who wish to take a break from gaming can opt for temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
6. Contest Participation & Cancellation
- 📌 Insta Fantasy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule contests due to unforeseen circumstances.
- 📌 In case of match cancellations or technical issues, refunds may be processed at Insta Fantasy’s discretion.
- 📌 Users agree that Insta Fantasy's decision in contest results is final and binding.
7. Taxes & Legal Compliance
- 📌 As per Indian tax laws, a 30% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted from winnings above ₹10,000.
- 📌 Users must provide valid PAN details for tax compliance.
- 📌 Insta Fantasy is not responsible for any additional personal tax liabilities of users.
8. Limitation of Liability
- 🔹 Insta Fantasy is not responsible for:
- Losses due to technical glitches, internet connectivity issues, or third-party failures.
- Misuse of user accounts due to sharing of login credentials.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from contest participation.
9. Termination & Account Suspension
- 🚨 Insta Fantasy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if users:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions.
- Engage in fraudulent activities or unfair gameplay.
- Are found ineligible due to location restrictions.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
